WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We aim to ship next day if orders are placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Please allow up to 3-4 working days for orders to be dispatched during busy periods. As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation, and your order will be on its way to its new home.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Our standard shipping rate is £4.99 or free for UK/IE orders over £70.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE IRELAND AND THE UK?
We ship to almost everywhere in Europe! Unfortunately Jersey and some other areas our currently not available but we’re working on it.


RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you need to return your items because they are damaged or faulty, 14 DAY MANICURE offers a 14-day return policy and we'll be glad to issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note we can only accept returns on items that are damaged or faulty. This is due to hygiene concerns as we are unable to ascertain if the item has been used. Returned items cannot be exchanged, only a refund of the original price minus any delivery charges can be given for items returned. If we receive a return that appears to be used we will regrettably not be able to offer a refund, or return the item to you.

Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for nail polish or any items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Kindly email customercare@14daymani.com before returning the products. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the refund.

To return the Product(s), you should package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name and address) and then return it to us, either by courier or by recorded delivery mail or other form of certified mail to the following address:

We advise that you take out enough postal/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting/despatch and tracking information until your refund has been processed. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product(s) to us.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We understand that items can occasionally arrive damaged in the post. If this happens, please email us at customercare@14daymani.com with further information.
